Peterson bluebird house. Bluebirds (especially eastern) seem to prefer this type house as opposed to a traditional square type and seem to prefer the oval entrance. Front swings open for easy end of season cleaning. Built to NABS (North American Bluebird Society) specifications.

The photo above shows the Cedar Peterson bluebird house with an optional (add $2.00) predator guard attached. Predator guards can be helpful if you have a problem with racoons or other similar pests. It makes it more difficult for them to get to the nest. Predator guards will help, but nothing is 100% effective.
